War Axe with "zealous strength" mod

It is not perfect, so it may be only worth the 248 from the merchant. But I don't see the inherent "zealous strength" mod listed much.

Deffinitely not merchware. There are many collectors for -1 energy regan and -1HP regen weapons. Im not sure if the 1 off damage mod will kill it, but deffinitely get more PCs than this before merching.

As for a PC from me, at a guess around 10K, but wait for more qualified responses.

Merch it, people don't collect 14% weapons, someone that collects would want 15%, and even then I would merch that one. Only versions of -1e that would have value would be rare items (r8, dwarven, crystaline and select few others)
