Lucky I've been prepping my Sin for SCs this week because it looks like my warrior's FoWSC 100b role is set to disappear
Also, the day I start Speedbooking with Mystic Regeneration and Fleeting Stability they both get nerfed amongst a swarm of buffs? This update was implemented to personally screw me over :P

The new intensity is just as bad as it was before...if anything its worse. Only works on ONE target and ONE spell for the FIRST hit only....and its on a 10 second recharge.
Somehow Anet managed to NERF eles in this update, as if they're not bad enough already. They lost intensity (however bad it was) and BuH...pretty much the only two skills that kept them in somewhat equal footing with everything else.
Good thing? People can no longer point to these as an excuse against Ele buff anymore.

Not happy about that, VoS does seem kinda strong ... although it can be removed so maybe it balances out in nonspike situations.

sand shards combined with splinter weapon looks pretty good too.
So what are the scythe attack speed and critical hit changes exactly? Anyone tested it, or has ANet released that information?

Quick and dirty test appears to be 1.5 seconds. No idea how to test the critical hits.

Yeah it being removable might be the only thing that balances it out. With 12 in Earth and a 20%ench grip, that's an 18 second duration on a 20sec recharge. Throw in Sand Shards (basically Splinter Weapon with no cast time or the need to go /rit) to splash another 50 Earth for 4 attacks on top of the 22 Slash, and it looks kinda absurd. Plus Shards can be pre-cast, so you'd have 8 straight attacks if you know what you're doing. That seems absolutely insane to me.
