Acquiring Raindow Pheonix at r1??

This info was taken from Wiki. Please help me understand this if u have acquired yur Rainbow Pheonix this way(by this way i mean r1 "kind of a big deal":

Size comparison between a level 20 Rainbow Phoenix and a character.

* Hall of Monuments, if the character has met the following conditions:
1. Enters the hall alone (no heroes, henchmen, or other players).
2. Has added four Monumental Tapestries.
3. Has completed Eye of the North.
4. Has maxed titles:
o Has earned "Kind of a Big Deal" (5 titles) and has also filled most of the five monuments.
o Has earned "People Know Me" (10 titles), without any additional pre-requisites. "

also:

"The Rainbow Phoenix will appear in the Hall of Monuments to solo characters that have maxed 10 titles (People Know Me). (It can also appear for Kind Of A Big Deal (5 titles) if other conditions are met.) "

wtf are they talking about? what are the "other conditions"?? i would consider my hall to have 'most' monuments filled. i have 4 maxed titles now and kind of decided not to go any further until i saw this. Anyone have experience with this?

If I understood this correctly myself, you need to have 4 monuments filled.
Meaning you need 4 of the following things:
20 miniatures dedicated
5 titles dedicated
5 armors dedicated
11 weapons dedicated
5 heroes/pets dedicated

Not 100% sure, as I have yet to get it myself this way. (Testing it by filling an alt account, but still need a few things for it.)

AFAIK it's still character based.

It's still character-based as my Necro has access and my Mesmer doesn't. My Necro gained access with PKM, my hall is 30/50 on account-wide.

If you take a look here, on the unofficial Wiki, I think it will make more sense to you.

You basically have two options in seeing the Rainbow Phoenix in you HoM, which is one with conditions (pre-requisites) and one without.

The option without conditions requires the character to have the rank of "People Know Me (2)" in the Kind Of A Big Deal title track, 10 titles maxed for that character.

The other option with conditions requires the character to have the rank of "Kind Of A Big Deal (1)" in the Kind Of A Big Deal title track, 5 titles maxed and has a "full" Hall of Monuments in personal or account-wide view.

I'm pretty sure i didn't have all the monuments filled when i capped my phoenix.

I've had 28 or 29/50 and KoaBD title when i unlocked mine... and its account wide but only shows for the character with the title.

I seen this thread and checked my HoM after getting Koabd a few days ago on my warrior, i have 0 weapons dedicated to my HoM, 6 minis, 3 hero statues, 3 armor statues and 5 Honor Statues.

i was happy to see a lvl5 rainbow phoenix hovering around =D

*Edit* scrap that, it was my rit who got KoabD, my warrior just got PKM =/ my rit doesnt have it.

I got mine this way. I got r1 KoabD on my warrior and had a full hall in account view and had a rainbow phoenix spawn there.

"For the purposes of acquiring the Phoenix, the Monument of Valor need only have 9 weapons (instead of the maximum 11)."

I've always used both wikis, because each have there little benefits.

Several of my characters have the Rainbow Phoenix even though my Necromancer is the only one eligible (10 titles - People Know Me) to own it. My Necromancer leveled it up to lvl 15 then took it to the Zaishen Menagerie and gave it up. Now all characters can go and get the level 15 Rainbow Phoenix (Hearty, Aggressive, Dire and Playful, etc.). So in a way, even though the title isn't account-wide, the actual pet is.

I also obtained the rainbow phoenix at rank 1 of koab

Ok I have the Rainbow Phoenix and am sitting at 45/50 in my hall. I only have 7 maxed titles.

You ONLY need 5 maxed titles AND must have a FULL Hall of Monuments. Then you must enter the hall by your self and the Phoenix will spawn.
