As the end of another month approaches, so does our coverage of the GvG Monthly Automated Tournament. Once again, we will be providing commentary for the playoff matches. This will be a great opportunity for new and prospective PvPers to learn how GvG works and have their questions answered by top players, including this month's commentators - Asp from Rebel Rising [rawr], returning from last month, and Ensign, leader of Idiot Savants [iQ] and Dark Alley [dR].
The program will begin at the same time as the playoffs, on December 18th at 11:40 PST.
This month, we'll be trying out a new form of commentary (reference) - we will be streaming our cameraman Apok's audio and video feed via Guild Wars Guru's Justin.tv channel. Open the link at any time during the event and you'll be tuning in without any further work on your part.
If you are unable to come or miss parts of this event, the entirety is being recorded for your convenience and a link will be provided once available.
For those interested in seeing an example of what you'll be seeing, recordings of last month's commentary is available in Apok's channel at YouTube.

Good to see all this efforts still goes unanwsered by Anet.
I'm all in for these events to get more people into PvP, but the truth is the ball is in Anet's court.
With GvG still being very uncompetitive, skills still being really imbalanced (altough major improvements have been made in the last 3 updates, props) and in general there simply not being any community (You pretty much got the same people farming the same people over and over again) anyone slightly interested in competitive coverage (Read: Starcraft matches, shooters, etc) will get bored very fast.
But good luck, I hope you sort this youtube stuff out. I would be lying if I said I didn't browse through your vids every now and then. (@ Apok)
