i think he is reffering to the trollface/coolface meme where the phrase "problem officer?" is used but im not sure.

big dmg although ive heard of more although i don't know for sure and i cant confirm it

Someone a few months ago posted a vid on youtube of 12,000 something damage in 20 seconds.
So no...it isn't the highest record.

any damage over 490 dmg + deep wound will kill him in a second the fact you had more damage over the course of time means nothing honestly

Not really. A couple MMs, EVAS x8, Barbs, EBSoH...I could see a party of 8 hitting such a spike easily enough.

Old screen shot. The shadow walk/dark aura/death nova bombers used to be able to do this much damage by using keybinds to click death nova huge numbers of times. Saw screens of one guy that managed to do 20k damage in a single second

Hmm, I'm kinda wondering if all these posters can provide a screenshot with over 10,000 damage in a single second.

The problem is, he doesnt hit back. Anyone could that, and probably still fail PvE with the same build. But then again, we have no idea what was used build/team wise, so I see these thread as pointless chest beating.
