It looks like something didn't make it all the way to Live properly, so the third quest isn't available right now. We're going to look into getting this fixed tomorrow, Joe has gone home to get some well-deserved rest. For those of you that post on the forums, could you please let people know not to kill themselves trying to find it right now? Apologies, but I hope people have been enjoying the new stuff so far, at least. ><; John Stumme 01:33, 19 November 2010 (UTC)

I had a glitch where gwen kept babbling, repeating the dialogue after the first item, went to find item #2, it wasn't there, came back into HoM, then she went through the dialogue once, then went back to the location and item #2 was there. After the second mission, she did the babble glitch again, I went out and went back in, she went through the dialogue once, so now im going to head out and hunt for item #3. I thin the bug is she has to complete her dialogue to advance the story but it loops, you have to get it to not loop. exit and enter the HoM till it stops looping.

okay this is bugged too. my ranger was on the second WiK quest so i grabbed the thing from murro in la. it made me do a few dialogs and now its saying kill these mantle. but i already killed them and turn in the quests. so i dropped the wik quest and now i cant get it back. and the log is still not updating. ;/
what do i do now? D:

Ok, so the issue is with Gwen's constant babbling. If you can zone into the HoM and have her go through the dialogue once, then the emblem will spawn in. It took two zones for me to get Gwen to run through the dialogue loop once. If you can accomplish that, it fixes the quest.
I do realize that this the eternal conundrum though. I mean, how do you get a woman to stop talking? ;] Keep rezoning into the hall of monuments and wait to see if the dialogue stops looping. That's the only solution I came up with.

All you bloody whiners about them making BLA easier:
1. be happy you did it when it was hard so you had a challenge?
2. you missed the second half the of the 'made BLA easier' statement:

One last thing for now:
For those of you who are having trouble getting Gwen to shut up so you can continue on with the quests, sit in the hall for a bit letting her gargle up the same speech over and over again. After awhile, go out and come back in. Then the dialogue should go through it's normal course of one go-through and you should be able to continue on again.
If this is the case, I'm wondering if perhaps the third item is under the same conditions as the second, in which, when Gwen is in a never-ending loop, said item does not spawn as it would normally when Gwen only goes through her speech a single time.

Looking through Keiran's skills, me and my co-leader were wondering if these skills are a glimpse of how skills will function in Guild Wars 2, all except for Sniper Shot of course, but like Nature's Blessing, is a heal that effects yourself and allies in earshot, but it can only be maintained half the time. Maybe we're just crazy but it seemed like she was onto something

Make sure you talk to the scout outside of the EotN. I think this might be necessary to do the first of the quests. Also, make sure you've seen all the dialogues in the HoM and elsewhere.
Considering I'd want to purchase it for both of my main accounts, $14.99 for the wedding costume pack is too rich for my blood. I'll have to pass on it, I guess. At $9.99 each instead of $14.99 I might have been tempted to buy two sets of the wedding costume pack, but still. I only spent like $13 on Minecraft THE GAME. This money will be better saved for holiday Steam GAME sales rather than costumes.

Is there anything that causes the scout to appear? He's been there for one char, not 3 others. All have finished EoTN. No idea what prerequisites are for the "A good Deed" quest..

Anyone can spend their money however they wish. I have no issues with that. The costumes look nice, but this time they're priced a bit out of my range, especially with all of the other game-related things that will be available this holiday season. There are better deals elsewhere... for me. That's all I was saying.
