Stuck on Northern allies quest (eotn)

hi everyone, i need help. i was doing the Norn-chain Northern Allies, and reached the quest Blood washes Blood. During this quest i had a bad pull and it was late so i thought to call it a night. Logging in the next day and starting the quest over again, i found out i couldn't speak with the quest giver again ,Egil Fireteller. i tried everything, running different routes, deleting the blood washes blood quest and stuff like that.

im now stuck with no way to complete the Northern allies chain, please help!

You don't need to talk to him again, just go straight to the bear shrine and you get the quest form there.

Apparently you may be able to get it from the scying pool too...

Like ^ said, go to the shrine, get the quest or if possible go to the scrying pool, click I seek Guidance>Blood Washes Blood.
