Well just like in previous years for other events (like Dragon Festival), they had a NPC (Imperial Supply Master Kagno) whose ONLY job was to exchange reward trophies (Victory Tokens) for masks. So how about all of us stuck with a pile of used (skeletons already captured - not empty ones!) Everlasting Mobstoppers who would like to trade then in for rewards this year and not wait until 2011 ?

========================
IDEA : Add an NPC in both LA & Kamadan from
Wednesday, Nov 3rd to Wednesday, Nov 10th, 2010
to exchange "Captured Skeletons" (used Everlasting Mobstoppers) for this year's Halloween quest rewards after the event.

Thanks!

Should have turn them in when the festival was still on.

/notsigned, we don't need more of ToTs around.

I agree with drkn ~

I still have a few captured skeletons hanging around. xD But I'll just hold on to them for next year in hopes of the same quests o:

im purposely didnt turn in a few stacks of mobbstoppers so i could power through the quests and get a head start on selling ToT bags

and if we got a guy for it then it makes what i did kinda pointless.

The problem with this suggestion is you have to have the quest to turn in 3. Therefore the NPC would have to give the quest out again which means people will farm again.

/Notsigned. Should have traded them in before it finished

Guess you should have turned them in on time. Its not like it was a big surprise, it said right on the announcement when it would end.

Victory tokens are ... tokens. That you pick up during an event and trade in for items. The mobstoppers were a part of a quest, people were just treating them as farmable tokens (which they're not).
