Does the hero ER infuser work at least slightly as well as its human counterpart as a healer? Been trying to determine a team build for my warrior and would like to put in an ER infuser if possible (no henchmen on team. 2 players 6 heroes) as primary healer. However, that is null and void if the computer doesn't play the build as a healer...

Not "as well" but pretty close.

Just make sure you have an enchanting mod and a 20/20 Estorage wouldn't hurt either.

I've almost gotten legendary guardian thanks to Vekk.

It's not even remotely close to what a good human ER can do.
However, it's head and shoulders above any other hero build at heal/prot.

For once the wiki build is close to correct. Generally prefer Convert Hexes to SoA. Generally disfavor SoA because AI will use it in situations where you want PS, SB, or Infuse to be cast.

I've been using Vekk for ages now, and hes been a huge huge help. The main point is that with most of the prots he throws out he rarely has to infuse. This is what I use on him:

Energy Storage: 12+1+2
Prot: 12
Heal: 3

Infuse
Shield Guardian
Convert Hexes
Aegis
Prot Spirit
Aura of Restoration
Ether Renewal [E]
Life Attunement

Maintain Life Attune on Vekk himself, this means that when he infuses he can pretty much immediately heal himself back up with any of his prot spells. Shield guardian provides regular party heals, I've only still got convert hexes in there until we get 7 heroes then I'll palm hex removal off to another hero.

Prot Spirit + Aegis are no brainers.

Hes a good little companion.

ER hero works, but why use it when ST rits can do a much better job in serious fights?
