I looked gw.dat but did not find anything ... This update was too small imo, maybe add something more tomorrow, or before the start of the event

I would not expect 7 heroes for a bit. At the earliest, I would guess next Spring. At the latest, it keeps getting postponed and doesn't happen.

I agree

Unless Anet had the foresight to know that 7 heroes was what the playerbase wanted they have to redo some graphics for 7 heroes. The current interface would not allow you to change hero weapons/runes at all so that needs to be redone somehow.

Dervishes are only bad because they are outclassed by warriors and assassins. If it weren't for that they'd be a very good class.

Elementalists are good for ER and that's about it. They are terrible at their primary function. Rangers are just bad period.

Im not sure how you can think rangers are bad, seems to me they are fairly balanced in PvP and PvE atm. Good snares, but not overpowered, decent mid range damage and condition spreading with a bit of utility usually. In PvE their expertise allows for flexibility and when using bows they can keep up with HM armour due to splinter weapon - plus now that HM enemies' cast speed is normal player interupts are viable again.
