I noticed that this pink dye alone looks like hot pink than anything. Trying to mix the pink dye with anything else makes it appear like red blended with that other color.
Is it possible to create anything like the pink dye using the standard 11 dyes we always have access to?

People have been trying to create a real pink ever since they changed the dyes and dying system a few years ago. It has always been dependent on the armor itself. Have you tried a different armor set?

Yes you can make pink dye with colours like red, purple, white and silver. But it's more expensive!!

some of the time mixing works....for some armors if you have more than one dye (monk woven comes to mind) then you get a very very light color (even when adding black).....I know that the ONLY way my female ancient top-ele-got a brighter color was with this pink dye (had been trying to get pink on it only to get a washed out greyish-bleh color).....so I am happy they added it (and it mixes ok with some of the other dyes too )
