Is the sound not working for anyone else? I'm using Opera if that matters.

I figured out the sound but is the timer off? I drank a lv5 ale and started the timer but I ended up getting my 3 mins at 2:30 according to the website.

Yeah it's off. The first time I tested it was off by 10 seconds per 3 mins, the second time it was 20 seconds.

haha forgot to post the link. http://guildwarsholland.nl/drunkard_timer.php

I discovered that not only is the timer off, but I'm getting my drunken points sooner than 3 mins. I've tested it twice and I've gotten 3 points in around 2 mins 30 seconds. I'm using Aged Hunter Ales. What's the deal with this?

Well, the website is in Holland.
Players far away from Holland may/can experience lag that may disturb/offset the timer.

...my first 2 cents.

Are you staying in one outpost, or zoning? Zoning tends to decrease the time it takes to run down the drunkard timer. In my experience with that site, the timer works fine as long as I stay in one outpost. If you're zoning a lot, keep your title window open and just watch the number move up to know when to drink.

I decided to test this again this morning. I used 8 Aged Hunter Ales consecutively after each other while idling in Leviathan Pits. I've noticed that only the first minute is reduced, the proceeding two minutes are the same. The first ale upon zoning got me the first point at exactly 1 min. The next ale got me a point at 55 seconds. The preceding ale after that got me a point at 50 seconds. There was looking to be a pattern but all sudden it changed for me. Here's the results:

-time it took to get the first drunken point upon using-
Ale #1: 1 min
Ale #2: 55 seconds
Ale #3: 50 seconds
Ale #4: 43 seconds
Ale #5: 53 seconds
Ale #6: 46 seconds
Ale #7: (here I began to write this post; therefore this ale wasn't used consecutively) 16 seconds
Ale #8: 49 seconds
Ale #9: (here I continued to write this post; therefore this ale wasn't used consecutively) 33 seconds
Ale #10: (here I finished this post; therefore this ale wasn't used consecutively) 23 seconds
Ale #11: (same as above) 37 seconds

I don't know if using ale consecutively matters, but I added the notes there anyway.

Someone else should research into this.
