Whats your favorite town/outpost

I wanted to find a new spot to afk today besides my guild hall (much too boring). I wanted something peaceful and that's when I remembered Amnoon Oasis. I mapped there, and immediately I remembered the good old days 3 or 4 years ago when I still pve'd regularly. I remembered all the fun times I had. I love Amnoon Oasis because of the scenery and amazing music it has there.

So I ask you GWG, what is your favorite town/outpost and why?

Anywhere on Faction's noob island - Love the music

Deldrimore War Camp - Remembering the best time in guild wars; also the best update in guild wars....ever

The Kodash Bazaar, I like the detail of the town and good times when the trade contract market was good.

Yeah. Factions noob island was awesome to me. Loved the scenery, environment, beasties and the music. Good times.

It's hard to pick just one favorite. I enjoy many of them. Amnoon ranks right up there near the top along with Shing Jea, the Henge, Beacon's Perch, etc.

For me its Seafarers rest in the Jade Sea, the music of the Luxon area is calming, plus all the lanterns, banners and beaded deco is very funky
I also love Maguuma stade, since it is bypassed very frequently, I didnt know it existed till i started mapping the area around it.

presearing ^^ scenery is awesome there.

Probably Amnoon Oasis.. I still go there regulary and its a nice place.

I like a lot of the southern shiverpeaks, actually, reminds me of the old days. I still get goosebumps listening to the music. I also like far off places very few people go out of the way to map.

Tarnished Haven - between Shing Jea Sherman and Mhenlo's dancing, you can't go wrong.

My favorite without a doubt is Ice Tooth Cave. It is isolated, which is nice, but its got really awesome scenary with all of the snow and the stalagmites and cave walls and stuff. Its just a really all together cool looking place.

i love amataz basin or a close second would have to be breakers hallow.
they're both so nice and buetiful that you just cant help and drop by when ur afk/not doing anything.

(also typically no one is ever in amataz just due to the lack of people knowing where it is. I tested out of KISS how many people could find me w/ riddles. about 98% of the people there hadnt even heard of amaztaz basin. oh well i guess it gets to be my outpost then )

Maatu Keep. It's my own little fortress ^^

Serenity Temple.. cause it's, well... serene.

Ember Light Camp is my favorite place. Calming lava is relaxing.

The Granite Citadel. Southern Shiverpeak outposts in general, really.

Henge of Denravi. Has quite a bit of character in that Town. I like the performing stage there.

Maguuma Stade!

It's remote, quiet and desolate.
