Srsly.... bsurge is od. It's one of the reasons why there are a lot more spellcasters nowadays...
It's ridiculous and to use the build... well it doesn't require skill.
It's basically spam bsurge and if rupted, run in a circle till bsurge is recharged.
I mean, all I'm asking is to nerf bsurge in pvp to the point where ppl won't be using it as often in.
It's incredibly frustrating when you're a melee guy and you can't take one step without being blinded.
