Thanks for your contribution. Just one question - do you remember if those (sword and hammer) have dropped AFTER Nightfall release? Or you don't remember where you got them from?

idk about Twin Hammer
but he told me that he has dropped the Storm Artifact these last weeks.
I guess it's same for the hammer.

The twin hammer and the storm are after nightfall release

Right, I forgot. I had it from one of three chest in Kilroy Stonekin run.

Really nice staff, beats everything we had so far by a large margin. Do you remember what dropped it?

I think we won't get better base stats for a req.6 staff, even if they are theoretically possible (maybe they are maybe not, can't really say).

Next thing to look for is if 10-19 dmg is possible on a req.6 staff with any hsr/ene - 10-19 isn't even very rare on req.6 Wands and it may even not be the max, but I haven't recorded seeing it on a staff yet. (however I didn't care about low stat staves before this thread existed so ignored them for all the years)

I've seen a q7 Death magic wand (blue, inscr) drop in NM DoA it was 11-21, thought it was max, but found out it wasn't, so merched it. no screeny, i know, but just saying.

here some other low reqs, e.g. a 10-19 q6 staff

Friend of Mine got this axe lige 4-5 months ago , the Divine scroll i still have it , never sold it because im not sure if is worth somthing and how much is worth . Shields low req i have Q6/Ar14 BLUE Insc Tactics Reinfoeced buckler nad the secon one Q6/AR14 Blue Insc Strength Defender .

I noticed on the first page that Yawg had

Staff HSR/ENE/DMG
R5 16/8/9-15
R6 17/9/10-18
R7 16/10/11-20
R8 19/9/11-20

As the max for currently droppable staves. I just got a req 8 18/10/11-21 purple inscribed staff farming vaettir. I will add a screenshot assigned and identified if requested.

I'm pretty sure (although no screenshot so I might be wrong) I got a req 8 inspiration (also purple) 20/10/11-21 staff from the same foes once, but I merched it because I didn't think it would be worth the time to sell (although now it looks like it might have been!).

Since I'm settled back at college, I have time to go back and update over the next couple of days! PM me if you want your shinies in the gallery and did not specify.

@Bright Star Shine: 11-21 req.7 drop seems unbelievable - I'd have to see to believe, although DoA speedclears are one of the best places to look out for such items - lots of items, they don't get picked up, watch the white/blue trash on the ground, they have exactly the level we want for finding best possible base stats for req.7 and req.8!

@Red Fireball: Thanks for that low req staff screenshot, awesome, 14% HSR on a no req staff and a confirmation of 10-19 on a req.6 staff

I'm sure the values I've posted for staves base stats are far off the possible maximums - it's extremelly hard to get all 3 values on a low level staff at their maximums AND it's still not proven if that's even possible - if the stats are generated independantly or if they're somehow interconnected.
For example a req.8 18/10/11-21 staff may be the best we have at the moment, but 19%HSR is surely possible on a req.8, so we should look out for a better one...
...and even a 20% might be an extremelly narrow possibility.

@Pleikki: Thanks for that screenshot, 6-27 Req.8 Axe was something I obviously expected to be possible and likely seen before, just haven't recorded seeing one drop post-nerf. (Theoretically it shouldn't be more rare than a 15-22 req.8 sword). At least we got it now here confirmed for everyone.
