..... pair up a 2nd account to death level the creature keep your 1st account out of aggro then kill it with your main and 2nd account, but alas it would take twice as long to do this because you split the xp

Aside from that tho, there's not much more that isn't pretty self explanatory. Kill Charr to level 16, let charr kill you to level 19, cash in quests, do one or two more DLs and bam! LDoA.

It was possible to get both LS and LDOA at one point due to the guild hall glitch and the resulting presence of a few monk tomes in presearing. There were one or two guys who managed to get both LS and LDOA by using a second account and a hard res (I can't even imagine the time and boredom it took to accomplish this), but these people have either subsequently been banned for exploiting the glitch/exploit or it was requested that they delete their chars that had both titles. All others who had presearing monk tomes were asked to take their chars to post asap.
