both been in storage for at least +3yrs & do believe that Mods on sword are no longer in game

The shield will not be worth much, because it's a single mod.
The sword however...
15^50 q8 shadow gets 20-25e, and 15/-1 is more rare and more desired right now.
I'd say at very least 30e, personally I'm not sure I would sell for much less than 40e, maybe 50.
Wait for some more PC's before deciding for sure.
