Getting ready for GW2, many HoM questions

So I played through eotn once, and kind of quit the game for half a year. But now I am back and I want to get as full of HoM as I can. So here are my questions:

1) What is a full HoM, do I need to start purchasing tournament mini's in hopes of getting as many as possible before gw2 and get closer to attaining a full HoM?
2) For armors do I need to buy every prophecies 15k armor for each profession because they have different names?
3) Can I outfit for example, Koss in stolen sunspear and primeval armor and ded it?

Thanks. Oh, and if I have visually completed the HoM, will continuing to gather minis,titles etc. make any impact at all?

1, full HoM means all slots on all monuments full - i.e. 5 titles, 5 armours, 11 weapons, 20 minipets, 5 heroes/pets
you can still add more, they will count for whatever purpose it will have, but you cant see everything displayed beyond those numbers, you have to switch among the monuments displayed at the moment
2, buying all of the proph armors is possible, you need obviously more than one char to achieve that, then, in account - wide HoM you can see all of them, armors which doesnt have models for your profession will be displayed as neet dual brass statues of other armors
3, to display a hero, he/she has to have "improved" armor. it doesnt matter (if there are more upgrades available) which one you use, the statue gonna be the same. you also cant display a hero twice, if he/she has both upgrades. therefore, if you go just for achievement and you dont mind, how the hero gonna look during gameplay, just go for the cheapest upgrade

I have this question on the same topic - HoM. How do you link a GW2 account that is going to get the bonuses from a GW1 account?

We still don't know how full the HoM must be to get benefits in GW2.
I'm sure every monument is linked to a certain benefit (for example armor -> special armor skin in GW2, minipet -> special minipet in GW2, etc.) but it has never been announced how full each monument must be to unlock a benefit. Be it 1 displayed item per monument, or perhaps 5, or all - we don't know.

your GW2 and GW1 accounts will be linked via the email adress you used to set it up origionally, if you use that same email it will allow for the link to be made. im sure there will be other things too it aswell. but as far as we knw that is it so far

Oh, so no forced linking through the NCSoft account? Where did you get that information? Because I know some people who have changed their email address they originally used.

Are you sure about that? I don't think Regina had any mention of anything like that last time she spoke here about how the HoM transfer was going to work.

Thanks for the info. I`m asking this question, cos of the reason mentioned above. I have changed my e-mail and i don`t think that i`ll remember my NCsoft master account username and password, which leads to some e-mails with the support.
Probably that item will lead to a mini-login in the game that you are the owner of the specified HoM .... we`ll see.

Right, the only true Benifit to Filling your hall BEFORE GW2 is the Rainbow Phoenix!

Just get 5 titles maxed and Fill your Hall and POOF , rainbow phoenix.. Well that is what the Wiki says. I have 4 more elite skills to get and that will be 4 maxed titles for me and then I will do the 8 more missionsin Nightfall and I will get my Phoenix!!!

Tormented weapons now included, so full HoM would be 22 weapons, yada, yada, yada
