login problem??

Hi.. i haven;t play GW for long time..
i bought GW:EN.. i want play it i instaleed gw.. when i want log in.. i see error..that says i inster invalid information..

how that can be??

when i click reset password, it resets it and when i check my mail it says my account name and new password..


so why I cant LOG IN??

i type my account name as well...

Recently, due to security issues, NCSoft has required you to type the name of one of your characters before you can log in, so make sure that field is supplied.

i tried all my characters name.. and it didn't work

re-set your password. sounds like you've been account hacked

hopefully that is not the case

i can reset my password any time i want... i always get new password but it didn't work

You don't have a full campaign. You only have the expansion.

He says he hasn't been playing for long, so he probably had a campaing back then, don't you think?
