Irish Male Mesmer/Pirate Male Ranger

Can anyone tell me any good combo to make a redhaired male mesmer look like an Irish leprechaun
the cheaper the better

Also I'd like to see any pic of a male ranger with an Eye patch, a leather long coat and bandana.

For the mesmer, I'd go with non-elite (or elite, whichever you prefer) Courtly -> http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mesm...tly_armor/Male

The coat is what made me choose it, so I don't know if you want to go with the rest of the set or mix it with other sets.

EDIT: I don't actually have a Mesmer to test this with, I'm just going by the pictures on Wiki.
