Well lets see. Halloween brough the same stupid face pain thing. so it will be a stupid crown of fire instead of ice and something like the charr mask but more ugly

Char won't be, in fact the humans probably have the same number of Charr in GW2.

Since these new costumes came out we might be getting costumes instead of just a hat this year. Who knows.
