What are you talking about? The ones that do got a card share their gratitude and the ones that didn't get one congrat people who got one. Your post must be the first real negative one in this thread.

You obviously didn't get my post. I was talking about people who are disappointed for not getting their cards, there are number of those. "I'm playing since start and didn't get a card, when will mine come..?"

I think it's cool of Anet to surprise some of their fans with these cards, especially when you really don't expect it.

Suppose it's random and although I'm 100% sure I won't get (because of the country I live in) one I still like the idea.

I don't think they were trying to whine about not getting one, probably just fishing for info on when they were sent to keep some hope that they may still get one in the mail.

I've been playing for 4 years and have yet to receive one. I'm sure it's completely random. So I'll keep checking these threads, enjoying the images those lucky enough to get a card have been kind enough to post, and hoping for next year.

I just got my Wintersday card today from Anet. I have been playing for 4 years as well, and this is my first card. It was mailed Dec 10th and I live in Seattle where the game is created. But my card was sent to a different address than where I live now and was forwarded, thank god. It was signed by 27 people and the insert card was called "Asura Ford" by Matthew Barret... a very lovely picture of an Asuran Temple in the woods. The cover art of Yakkington with white snowleopard fur and Nich is priceless by Katty Hargrove. Professor Yakkington is my favorite mini. Sorry but I dont have a digital camera so cant upload the image of the Asuran Ford card.

Thank you so much for the card. It was a lovely surprise and made my day. Its doing things like this that just add something special to the game and make us your loyal fans. Thank everyone who took time out of their day to sign the cards, I know what doing my own Xmas card list takes, and its a pain, but it has made those of us who have recieved them, feel very special. Please pass along my warmest reguards to you and your staff, and I hope you ALL, at Anet, have a wonderful and joyous Wintersday.
