High-res image of Glob of Ectoplasm

Just photoshopped rekliss' image but yeah here it is

That's really nice, the only thing lacking is the Ecto seem to have a sort of deep purple veins running through them.

I`ll do some renders in Maya tonight if i find some time. Will try to make it look as it is on the ecto icon. That would be awesome =)

Looks good, should be more lumpy around the edges though.

Planning on using pink silicone gel, with food colouring dye. Mix the compounds, wait a bit, stir in some darker pink for streaks, wait a while, then before it sets inject streaks of purple using syringe.

Unsure how well food-colouring will work. May try to seek out some silicone pigment. for dying silicone, use silicone dye. Also, stirring in pigments may very well 1) not work or 2) end up looking like a striped piece of candy. Depending on how big you want it, consider other methods of making it. You'd probably be better off thinking of a glob of ectoplasm as something with a core, and work in uneven layers. For dye/material, you could go with something that glows in the dark.
