account hacked

monday this week my account got hacked , now i have it back and it is completely ripped off

i dont have any idea how this could happen
my passwords on plaync and ingame were unique ....and definitiely no easy passwords
i never used a bot and other shit , i was a normal player who played normally since 4 years

now is the question ...is anet able to do a recovery of my account to a state like 1 week ago ?
i hope so because i think the have enough backups of the databases and every item has a unique id in this database

i lost items like a mini kuuna , 2 pairs of chaos gloves , voltaic spear q9 and stuff ...a stack of 250 ecto other rare miniatures

i hope they can do a recovery

with lineage accounts and blizzard WOW accounts is a recovery doable without a problem .,.,..so why not at ncsoft?

Scan your computer THOROUGHLY for spyware, adware, malware, viruses, etc., etc., etc. Chances are good you got a keylogger somewhere.

Nothing will be returned to you. Anet has said in the past that they can't 'create' items on demand, and the only way to restore your stuff would be to do a server roll back. A server roll back would mean everyone who wasn't hacked would lose that amount of time's worth of accomplishments (titles, money, etc.).

Be more concerned about your security than your game items. It is a game, and although it is tough to lose that stuff, it is just a game. However, if they got info to hack your account, they may have info to hack your bank account, email, etc., etc.

there is really nothing and everything else is ok ...next thing is i was offline in GW for 6 month or so

i dont have any information from me on any social - stupid-networks also ....

i just think they had time to try out on my plaync account and from there its easy to change the game accounts

but as i said the guild wars information was definitiely unique and i haven used them for long time ....

the problem for me as a player who played nearly 4 years since the first preorder that i lost some really nice stuff i never wanted to loose

yeah whatever ...im not interested in searching in over 10000000000 messages

im pissed off with ncsoft and GW anyway ...cannot restore backups hahahahaha what a shame

hahahahaha what a shame you got hacked...get over it no one here can help you so if all you want to do is rant dont do it here.
