Monk: Elite Canthan / Kurzick. (I'd like to mention Elite Kurzick + Deldrimor makes an awesome combo.)
Ranger: Norn.
Mesmer: Obsidian or Vabbian.
Necromancer: Obsidian.
Assassin: Elite Kurzick.
Dervish: Primeval.
Paragon: Obsidian.

Along with Primevil and Norn for ranger i'd throw in elite sunspear, ive grown quite fond of those three armors.

Necro - FoW/Black dyed 15k Bonelace...can't decide
Paragon - FoW
Warrior (f) - 1k from Boreal Station or perhaps 15k glads

Only 3 I play.

Norn for rit and rangers

I've taken a liking to ancient for mes, though obby and norn are still my favorites

I find the "best look" for a class depends on your character (and definitely gender - I only play girls so I do not claim to have knowledge of male clothes). Hence:

Warrior - I'm not sure which I like here. For "officer" characters like my Saba, Sunspear/Elite Sunspear/Kurzick/Elite Kurzick/Asuran is quite nice, though I hate the back of the greaves; for more feminine characters I do love Vabbian.
Ranger - Simple costumes like Elite Sunspear and Obsidian are very good for archer-types like my Aza, but furry armors such as Elite Canthan and Norn are fun for Beastmasters like my Jiyu.
Monk - I'm fond of Kurzick/Elite Kurzick (my Xuta has the latter), as well as Elite Sunspear (not as common, and very good-looking - my Eshe desperately wants it). Censor's is nice for fighting-monk types, and Sacred is good for a more modest preacher-type. Oh, and Elite Luxon is good for a wandering monk sort.
Necro - Vabbian (Tiye wants it) and Monument (Gui's got it) are great for more feminine, flashy, or classy characters, while Krytan is good for a classic vamp, Kurzick makes a great battle-necro and Elite Sunspear is wonderful for a twisted official sort.
Mesmer - Asuran is lovely for your classic noblewoman, while Rogue's and Istani are great for a more active "adventuress" type like my Medea.
Ele - Elite Canthan is always classy (got it on Hineli), as are Vabbian and Elite Kurzick (Jenna's got both). Norn is a nice change from the miniskirts that would leave her freezing her butt off in the Shiverpeaks (also got it), and Obsidian is good for a more offbeat, tough ele (want it...).
Assassin - Canthan is nice for a feminine type, while Elite Kurzick looks very professional and Elite Luxon (much as I hate Luxon stuff) fits a secret agent sort.
Ritualist - I'm partial to Asuran for my own Qing, but I find Vabbian to be quite elegant as well.
Paragon - Elonian would be nice for quieter Motivation types like my Simone, except for the gaping hole in the back of the skirt; it seems that Asuran fixes this issue. I like also the look of Ancient, though I prefer the Deldrimor skin for the top. Istani is simple, yet classy, and the more solid-looking breastplate seems appropriate for a more assertive Command sort. Really, it's hard to go wrong on a Paragon unless you go with the "boob wings" or "wilted plants" looks.
Dervish - Sunspear and Elite Sunspear are very nice, though with a dark-skinned character like my Ebia it's probably a better option to go with Asuran (the necklace is a lovely detail, but the blue lining on the skirt is obnoxious if you aren't shooting for turquoise). Deldrimor or Monument can be excellent for a tougher, more warlike character.

Hard to say, I look at things as individual armor pieces. Like with Ranger Elite 15k Drakescale-> The boots and vest look awesome, but the leggings look like shit. Same with alot of assassin armor - Male Elite Luxon boots and gloves look great but the Pants and Vest are flaming homosexual-wear.

So I will just say best looking Armor piece overall for each class:

Assassin: Female Vabbian gloves
Elementalist: Male Ancient Vest
Monk: Male Monument Vest
Ranger: Female Elite studded leather leggings ( teh miniskirt! )
Warrior: Male+Female Primeval Chest .
Necro: Female Asuran chest
Ritualist: Male Norn chest
Mesmer: Purple chaos gloves ( hurrrr )

I don't care about Derv+ paragons.
