Dual clear UW with A/Me, A/E??

I know it's possible to clear UW with only two people in 30-60 minutes, with one A/Me, and one A/E.

Me and a guildie woul'd like to learn this, but we can't find any guide about what builds to use, runes to have, etc etc etc.. Does anyone have a link to a guide or something like that?
