I remember playing a Ranger with my brother. Still the class is my most played.

For me elementalist, then I made another ele.. and another.. and the last is my main rest got deleted cos I didnt like them.

Father has a ranger, ranger and then a mesmer..

Not surprising that all the expansion professions are low on the list (since most people on guru probably started with an earlier game).

Warrior, but he never made it out of pre, and got deleted pdq.
First *real* character was my ele.

I can't believe that in over 2-1/2 years, no one has created a Paragon as their first character.

Guess I can add two guildmates whose first characters were a warrior and an ele.

Ele, deleted him at level14, created my Ranger, never regretted it.

My first char was a W/E...I thought I'd be invincible AND be able to command the elements, unleashing the mighty fury of firestorms and meteors to smash my enemies.

Then I learned about energy.

Hahaha. Yeah, took me a while to learn about energy management on my ele. I used one high damage build, but took forever to cast, ate a lot of energy, so pretty much useless.

My warrior's a W/E, mainly for the Conjure Flame. It's fun to cut off limbs and cauterize them instantly.

Ranger was my first love
and it will be my last.
Ranger of the future
and ranger of the past.

To live without my ranger
would be impossible to do.

My first was Ranger, which would have been 4 years by now, but I deleted him later because I thought had messed him up irreparably by bad distribution of attributes. Then warrior which was deleted since it isnt my preferred playstyle.
Third was Hrefna ny nec who is still alive and kicking. Got GWAMM and will be 4 years sometime during August.

This is a pretty poor showing for the number of views on this thread. Though I suppose many of those are guests.

Elementalist because it reminded me of Pokemon and Misty was always my favourite and Staryu too so I play water. I play water for that reason and that I didn't want to be a noobie that just spammed high damage fire spells like people still do now.

Monk/Necromancer, in Prophecies, then recreated it as soon as Factions came out, still have the one in Factions.
