So I still have like 2 accounts that still didn't receive the monthly XTH points..are we still able to get it or is it lost forever?

As far as I know, Anet is still working on it.

Expect to see an announcement on the log-in screen when the XTH is back up and running.

(That's my guess as to how they're going to get the word out, anyway)
