I know nothing about modding stuff, but recently i came up to the idea: change all loading screens, that every area has own loading screen. It would be a screenshot of that area. Is that possible? Can i change each loading screeen?

It doesn't work that way, unfortunately. TexMod only works by changing existing images. Since each area does not already have its own loading screen, you can only replace the ones that exist with others (so all of the Norn-land loading screens with a new one, etc...)
