problems with QZ and heroes

I cast a low level QZ with my main and then tried to have my hero cast it so I could start a Perma QZ train and as long as the hero was under the effects of the previous QZ it would not recast it. I have done this before and can not understand why this will not work now. My heroes have no problems recasting other spirits while under their effects.

This ai tweak is supposed to make them perform better at chaining things like aegis...

Wait, they won't cast it even if you FORCE them to? wtf?...

The AI tweak should take into consideration cast times when chaining things imo.

Maybe your hero didn't have enough energy because your first QZ...
