Who owns this website and where is the main office located?

Probably get an answer easier if you contacted someone who might know that info and told them why you want it. I'd guess Inde would know, but would he give it to you? Might depend on why you want it.

All GW fansites are independently owned. There is no "official" forum for Guild Wars. ArenaNet didn't have the funds or the employee hours to spare to set up their own public forum. Moderating a forum is a time-consuming job.

This will provide you the address and phone number of both administrative and technical person. You can contact them and get the main office location details.

FYI a domain name owner doesn't automatically make it a website owner, it all depends who is actually hosting the site.
