This. If you're going to read between the lines, do it correctly. He wasn't trying to tell you anything about GW2, he was using it as an excuse (yet again) for whats going on with gw1 stuff.

If you're going to say a review means its almost time to get info, ask yourself about the other "signs." Everything else points to info between end of this year and this same time next year (NCSoft game release timeline).

Personally, I want to see what comes of thier strategy. Watch them release the same time as D3 (which is more established and has all the works out on it) and suffer for it.

Honestly...let em work and quit speculating about every little word they say. If you think about anything too much and hype it up, you will be sorely disappointed.

I've also yet to hear anything about any real competitive PvP in Aion. No, I don't mean WoW-esque PvP, I mean, competitive, balanced PvP.

This is what I got from that statement. "We are working hard on GW2 but have no intention on giving you any information on it so gtfo."

DNF was in "development" for 12 years. From what we know, ANet is still well within the timeframe that developers normally need to design and build a new game. How about a little less sarcasm and a little more common sense, eh?

As said before, nothing will be out till after Aion comes out in Q4 and gets a chance to sell. They need that to be a big success after the epic fail of AA and TR(and the crap with Ego Garriott). Resolve yourselves to next year for beta.

this. its the only reason i can think of , they havent shown anything, it has been mentioned by regina too. im pretty sure (i hope) that ncsoft has a chokehold on anet not letting them release info so they can sell, aion, let's face it, i think we all have a love/hate relationship with gw, and when news break out, all eyes will be on anet imo.

How long can they drag on the "We were too busy with GW2 (meaning: playing it every wednesday) to do ________" excuses?
