quck question

so yay! i got guild wars
but can people from prophecies play with people from other games?
i made a ranger and the cosmetics from prophecies looked different than the one from factions and other.

also can a pve player go to a pvp server?

People can play with chars from the different games , and PvE players can go Pvp in Alliance Battles and also the PvP Arenas after Great Temple of Balthazar.

You can play with people from other games, however they will have to come to you as you will only be able to visit Core and Prophecies locations unless you add more chapters to your game account.

There is no such thing as a PvP "server" in Guild Wars. All PvP action takes place in arenas, most of which are located on the Battle Isles (this is a Core location, so you'll be able to take your Prophecies PvE characters there at some point). PvE characters can enter PvP easily - just find an arena location, form a party if required, and jump right in.

You can take your PvE character to PvP areas, but making a PvP only is uch better as they are more customisable.

i guess ill make a pvp character then come back to do some pve if thats possible...

RAs are indeed fun Only thing is you can't play them with your friends as the team combination is selected randomly. If two friends play long enough, probably they can end up in the same game, if not on the same side, at some point

I also would have liked to be able to play one specific type of random arena, like only maximum kills and not annihilation or sth. RAs are for casual fun.
