Wrong. They were found for Halloween when the decoration build came. But they didn't look like masks so people didn't think they were.

Grinch Cap in Kamadan as well - there are only 2 hats. Dwayna's hat is a rudolph cap.

Personally I like the Grench more but basically every mask before last year wher still 10x better.

I had my hopes up from the zombie masks for Halloween..THOSE were cool. these seema little underwhelming, but better than last years.

I appreciate that Anet is still running these things and taking the time and effort to put out new hats with each celebration. With that said, unlike last years offerings (which looked ok on my female characters but awful on my male ones) these hats don't seem to look good on any of my characters.

I'll say it's a draw, personally.
