heroes and signet of capture. please help

well i really want a nice minion master hero and i was saying to myself well i need shambling horror. however i have every campaign except nightfall.
since i just got eotn and noticed that there are enemies with skills from nightfall i searched for a necro boss that has animate shambling horror and i found one!! now the only problem was that im not a necro and since im sbout to get livia i was wondering if she can use signet of capture and if i can actually cap shambling horror anyway because i dont have nightfall.

If you don't have Nightfall, you can't cap Nightfall skills in EotN.

Heroes can't carry a cap sig. You have to change your secondary profession to the one required for the skill and carry the cap sig yourself.

or you simply just can unlock it with balthazar points ^^

Luckily you dont need Nightfall to cap [jagged bones] as long as yo uhave eye of north.

you can cap [[jagged bones] from any of the following locations.
Avarr the Fallen (Jaga Moraine) {he will be in the northwesternmost part of the map off a little pathway} He also has a nice 20/20 death magic wand that he may drop.

The Master (Cathedral of Flames level 2)

Taskmaster Nard (Battledepths, during Attack on Jalis's Camp)

Taskmaster Bellok (Vloxen Excavations level 2)

And there were no new non-PvE ELITE skills just like they said. It still would have been nice if the elites were capable.

anyways, if you payed for the game the elites are from, you can cap them. if you dont own the game, you dont get the skill.

You CAN capture skills from campaigns that you don't own if you can find a boss with them.

YOU CAN'T use these skills on your bar.

However, your heroes CAN use these skills if you cap them.


So if you cap Jagged Bones/Shambles, your Necromancer hero will be able to use them.



Prior to getting Factions, I capped one of the Factions Elites from a boss in that History of Violence quest. My heroes could use it, but I couldn't.

Either way, Op needs to change his secondary to necro to cap, as you can't put a cap sig on heroes.
