how do i get access to eotn?

I created a new character in NF. I have not finish any of the campaign yet, do i need to finish Phrophecies (sp?) before i can get access to eotn? If not how do i get access? I talk to all of the npc but they dont give me the quest.

If you have purchased eotn and want access you will need at least a level 10 character before you can get the quest to appear.

you need to buy eye of the north and add the access key to your account then when you are level 10 talk to one of the following people Len Caldoron in Lion's Arch
Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center
Bendah in Kamadan
any one of these people will give you a mission to complete that will then allow access to eye of the north

I do own eotn, my other characters can get there. My character that i working on is a Rit lv 20. None of those npc will give me the quest

Sumasage, have you already done the quest on the rit, but lagged out before finishing it?
Or did you drop it from your quest log? Check if you can access the crevice (any of them) at all.
