I really got it for the HoM thing. It was alright I guess. They could have done the dungeons and HoM differently (still waiting on those changes >_>).

I like Eye of the North for the new quest chains, little bits of lore here and there, but I still wish they would have taken more time before it. By take more time, I of course mean release Utopia, and then release Eye of the North. That way we get 1 last full campaign and the first expansion to the series. Plus it would have given them more time to work on each dungeon individually, making each one very unique with an interesting backstory.

Slavers' Exile would have been much, much better if they hadn't reused parts of other dungeons, for instance. It had a great story to it, though I wish they would have explained the other bosses' presence there. It just felt to me like the bosses were added just to make the dungeon feel more incredible or simply longer.

Still though, the last part of the story where you finally fight your way down to the Central Transfer Chamber felt absolutely incredible. The short fight sequence with the few Norn and the look of the area made it feel absolutely epic. Not to mention the part where you're being chased by the Destroyers and the Dwarves come out of, seemingly nowhere, to give you time to escape into the Central Transfer Chamber. That little experience just felt cool to me, and reclaiming the CTC was fun too, I thought.

I really liked the laidback feel of the story though, being able to do any branch at any time was an awesome idea on Anet's part.

I liked having a straight forward storyline better than it goes into 3 different ways. That's why I still think Factions or Nightfall was the best.

Simply put: NO

I am lucky I bought it for 15 bucks, otherwise I would've felt robbed.

It's cool when you do it once in NM, it was ok HM, then you realise you're not even half way done with any of the titles and you think.. ok this sucks.

I'm not saying it totally sucks, I liked playing it, the HoM is a cool feature to keep track of your progress. The hero's are .. ok...

But now that I look back, I would only buy it for the skills...(which is bad)

I liked it the first time I went through it, but now it's just really for the nice armor, weapons, and Hall of Monuments.

I liked parts of it. The armor I really really like, and the rest of it is just blah. It was fun to play through once and that's about it.

Its okay, personally I HATE the grind to get your armor (which some look very nice). Its nice to beat it once, but after that one time its starts to become dull.

GWEN first time was nice.

However, repeating the same storyline was far more boring than all other previous campaigns. Now, I have taken 8 characters through Nightfall, and even today I don't find it boring. Why so?

Plus grinding to lvl5 in EOTN for secondary characters armor is annoying when your main has all titles maxed. Hmm...poor design! And multiple HOM, one of the crappiest design of ALL TIMES!! hahaha

It wasn't that great but still had some nice stuff in it that made me enjoy it a little bit.

Liking Eye Of The North for the dungeons, new skills, armors, and storyline. Started loving GW when going at the Charr, EOTN has so many Charr and it's all good

Not liking some of the imba PVE skills (end of comment).

Worst part for me was the drops. I dont play just for the loot i like to explore and get to the next area, but I do want to be compensated for my time and EOTN just feels like a rip off in terms of what you get.

You cant solo anything so you always have to bring hereos or henchmen which means youre never going to get anything good for drops so all thats left is grinding PVE skills, ITs a shame because its a beautiful piece of art, the mobs the landscapes, the dungeons. I didnt even mind the grind I just hated the unfriendly solo way about it and how if felt you werent getting anything for doing everything.

Oh yeah and the storybook mess, I still dont know what thats stuffs about, I checked wiki but that made me even more confused, to much effort to even want to know how it works. Yeah but I guess it was the grind that turned me off now that I think of it. I bought the expansion last year on the double repuation points weekend and havent played it since the last double reputation weekend a couples weeks ago. I havent played anything from EOTN unless it was on a bonus weekend.

It was good overall , but the things I liked best were the pictures of the new skills , the build design of charrs and the look of destroyers.

I personally hate how you can't buy armor unless you're rank X

I liked it at first..but when the grind shows up, I hated it.
Those are the main reasons why none of my chars except my warrior who has already finished GW:EN, will ever finish it... To boring to be re-played imo..
