make the Online Shop not a Merchandise Joke that looks like a Kiddie Store.

When there should be sold Merchandise about the Games Creatures and/or Characters, then it should be only high qualitive Collector Figures, stuff like this:

That is stylish merchandise, that will also have some kind of Collector VALUE, if you buy it. Plushies are for small Kiddies ...

This is something the marketing team would handle, and people who make stuffed animals, NOT game designers. It wouldn't interfere with gw2 in the least so that's not an excuse.
