Join NCsoft at Games Convention 2008!

As you probably have read in our newspost, NCsoft Europe will be on the show floor at the Games Convention in Leipzig. Why am I telling you this, you ask? Well, the crazy people over here in Brighton that call themselves the Community team are very excited about it, as it is another brilliant opportunity to meet you - our players – in person! So we will prepare a ton of activities for you to participate in – and of course, we will also bring some goodies to give away.
We can't give you all the details now as we are still using our collective brainpower to come up with even more crazy ideas, however what we have currently planned:

• Our booth will be awesome! Seriously, it will be!
• The whole NCE Community Team will be there – which also means that you can talk to us in quite a few languages about all of our games! Check our nametags, they will tell you which languages each person speaks. Unfortunately though, Klingon is not available…
• We will bring our beautiful Guild Wars models and a host of gorgeous Aion models – so if you rather watch beauty instead of the beast, you got it!
• We will make you play! When you visit us, you will be able to gain quests from us.
• Sunday is Community Sunday! That means a whole day dedicated to you, our players. And we will be doing stuff that you might want to prepare for. Examples? Here you go:
  
  Costume Competition! Come dressed as your favourite character from any NCsoft game - Guild Wars, Aion, City of Heroes, Lineage 2, Tabula Rasa, Dungeon Runners (First person coming in a full Exteel robot suit gets a special prize ), face the competition on the catwalk, and walk away as a winner! So get your stitching/welding tools out and be creative!
  
  Live acting on stage! We will give you the centre stage so you can show us the most funny/tragic/boring moments your guild experienced so far – in form of a small play! Stay tuned for more details later.

Agreed. Also I kind of feel sorry for the rep's that are going, I'm sure somebody's going to give them an earfull up there.

They'll probably only unveil the Guild Wars 2 logo with the caption "A New Age Begins"...

OT: Lol Martin ,als ob du hier irgendwie jemanden dafür begeistern könntest nach Leipzig zu kommen XD.

90% aller Leute hier sind ein großer Mix aus Amerikanern, Kanadier, Australier und allen möglichen anderen Englischsprachigen an internationalen Leuten aus allen möglichen verschiedensten Popelsländern der Welt. Hier findest du alles, nur sicher nicht mit Abstand massig Leute, die sich extra den Aufwand machen werden, nach Deutschland zu kommen für die GC2008.

Mit dieser Ankündigung bleibst du besser bei deinem Bereich - den deutschen Elite-Foren Onlinewelten und Wartower, da versammelt sich das Spektrum an Leuten, die auch die möglichkeit dazu haben viel eher, nach Leipzig zu kommen, nämlich Leute aus Deutschland, Schweiz und Österreich.

Nun ja, was solls, meine 2 Cent XD

Bin mal gespannt, wer das hier von den Pappnasen hier alles lesen kann XD, der schreibe ein "b^.^d"

Oh and yeah,... BRING US FINALLY MORE INFOS ABOUT GW2. When not, I'll ensure your, lots of peopel will go nuts, if anet gives us not soon something new about GW2, and when its just only 1 single Screenshot or so, but please, give us anything useful, that can be considered as good new Information.

Well I won't be there, it's really not my thing, but I hope whoever goes has fun. Bring back some new news on GW2!

Either way, I would have attended but unfortunately my 3 months in Germany doesn't start until December. however, GW2 news FTW!
