I think this thread is stupid.

I want the game to be as best as it possibly can be. The OP should be thankful for this, too.

@ Nessar, I don't know what you were reading, but there will be a beta testing period, but it won't be as extensive as the previous one. They said they will open up beta testing closer to the game's release.

gives me more time to play AoC and try Stargate worlds in the end of this year, as well may give Diablo3 a try

While it does suck that there is no beta test this year, I'd rather ANet delay than release it full of bugs like Hellgate Lindon. Also, ANet is having a difficult time working on two games at the same time.

Yeah, I do mean GW1 and GW2. While the updates for GW1 are mainly skill updates, that's still stretching ANet's resources; Izzy has to skillbalance for both games.

skill balances is like 0,0001% of work it takes for GW2, so you can't really say they are doing on 2 games. And like you said, It's Izzy's job so it doesn't take many ppl(might be he's the only one doing on updates?). Really, occasional skill updates imo can't take really much time/money.
