Cant connect to Guild Wars

I was playing Guild Wars a few hours ago fine and about 2/3 hours ago i disconnected, i tried reconnecting and i keep getting this error message,

''Guild Wars is unable to complete the operation.
Please try again in a few minutes (Code=13)

Is this happening to anybody else or is it me?

It's everyone; there's various threads scattered about on the same topic. Server maintenance or somesuch.

Please read other pages before posting repeated whines about server power upgrades - Anet has to keep your game going and you are not paying a monthly fee so quit whining - rant now over ^^

Just happened to me in HA, after two err 13 messages we load in the zaishen part, however it keeps saying no opposing party joined as I type this.

If you actually bothered to look at any posts before whining maybe your question would have been answered???

Lets see.. we can..

A) Use the SEARCH feature and search the forums for threads/post's about the topic/situation/question/problem

B) Read the thread(s) that already exist about the problem your having..

C) Don't even bother to look at the forum and make your own post about the same subject that is being dealt with in other thread(s).. and then insult/flame people when they dare to mention the other thread(s).

Next time, go with A & B please. Gets your issue/situation/question answered a lot faster, causes less grief.. and did I mention will assist you with your problem faster?

Just some threads you'd have found had you bothered to use the search feature, or even just gone through and looked at forum listings to see if there was any threads about this posted already:
