Mystic regen. Was nerfed due to abuse in gvg, particularly on mind blast split eles. Never had the slightest thing to do with pve, let alone farming.

[poison [email protected]][barbed [email protected]]
now combined with the new [[pin [email protected]], the build is powerful enough to challenge the cripshot in most instances.

| Those seriously give me a bad feeling about this, makes PvP further more of a closed circle. Well! we still have PvXwiki. No? |
FGJ isn't even a big nerf. I can count the number of times I've seen FGJ used in serious PvP on one hand.

Barbed arrows allows you to combo poison and bleeding together (poision tip signet for example), which is it's appeal.

is this useful yet? |
But it will be a little better than Scourge Healing because it's on Curses line.
Honestly I am disappointed with this change. Just another copy, not creative at all.
Still not good enough for an elite tho.
Add -3 degen or something.
This hex ends if target is suffering from a Smiting Prayers hex...
I think "every time target foe is healed, the healer takes 20..80 damage if target is not under any smiting prayers hex" is much more reasonable, because it's an elite.

The Soul Bind rework was done to diversify necros in GvG. Not PvE. Not HA. GvG. It can be pretty scary in a hex stack build that doesnt want to use the Smiting Prayers line just for 1 or 2 skills and wants to get those all important Curse skills in. I never saw it being played before, so why not see how it does in a cookie cutter hex build and then we can see if it was a bad decision. Some of you guys have no idea what's going on here...Balth's Pendelum...another very strong skill in a cookie cutter Smiter's Boon build. That's why it was nerfed a bit.
wtf is this. Do they ever try for balance??
Everytime they come out and change crap they always set it up so everyone will be doing the same thing.
Now its Antidote signet, that will be spammed forever and a day but dumbass left it at 4 recharge? So now rangers not only block well over 50% of the attacks against them, now they are god-like to conditions....whoever does this must have been dropped on their head as a child.
Someone needs to go explain to them what the word balance means.

I don't understand the Symbol of Wrath or are to many abusing it in pre that is where is great not so much in post.I don't think it would ever get used in pvp.
I agree with Rotten on Barbed Arrows now can they do the same with Etheral Light make it not inturrptable.I stilll use Orisons because of that.

I'd love to see a mind blast bar with 4+ enchants on it... or the situations when mainteam it's worth a monk putting holy veil or some junk on you just to counter poison degen. (If the enchantment cap was targeting anything in "PvP", it was stoneflesh tanks.) |
Edit: Ohh, the mods cleaned up his post already, way to stay on top of things. I'll edit mine then myself.
And yes Giga, screaming shot is an option, but its too energy extensive to see much play. The point with preps like apply and barbed is to spread the condition to muliple targets, not camp on one guy, which is what you do in a BA/Screaming build.
