Shadow form Farmers

Due to the PVP-PVE line now soon to be made and with shadow form comming back to life more in PVE i thought of 2 new builds to farm apon. Both have little energy manadgement but really the derv one Needs it the most. The ele build can be a quick KO if not then a prolonged one.

Usadge: Dont need to explain

1. Derv/ Ass.

optional(I am unstoppable- for knockdowns)(Fleeting stabilty- if no eotn)(Pain inverter- faster death)(Radiation Field- degen)
Sand Shards

Heart of Fury
Shadow Form (E)
Deadly paradox
Mystic Regeneration
Faithful Intervention

Armor: Full Radiant, attunement tunes,Superior earth prayers, minor mysticism, earth prayers head armor

Weapon : Begginers suntouched scythe (+5 inscription) (20% longer enchantments)

Att: 15 earth prayers, 6 mysticism, 12 shadow magic, Rest in deadly arts

Usadge: faithful intervention when zoning in. Before entering battle put on mystic regen then if casters are there use the shadow form with deadly paradow right after. !!!MUST!!!! For this build to work you must take an essence of clarity and use it. Use Sand Shards with Heart of fury then Sanctuary following. attack at will, hopefully all those enemies have piled up if melee and are missing. At the rate you should be doing around 66 AOE damadge with a 33% attack boost. Keep paradox up at all times, When needed to with the math done already you should be able to overlap Shadow form without losing health. Wait for sanctuary to recharge and go again.

Cons: energy manadgement, Damadge output,
Pros: invincibilty(not from AOE damadge or dissenchantment spirit)

Earth Attunement
I am unstoppable!(Norn)

Armor: all radiant,superior earth magic, superior energy manadgement, major vigor, attunement runes.

Weapon: doesnt matter

Usadge : use earth attunement, use then deadly paradox with glyph of swiftness with shadow form. Use i am unstoppable if they are any knockdowns, Afterwards use silver armor and othere attacks to whipe out in seconds if not then well its a continous walk in the park.


Pros: everything,energy manadgement



Hopefully i have given dervs a NEW WAY TO FARM and possible solo farm. Not Knowing till the update if it does work... It seems to be logical that you can use it. i wouldnt know if interrupts would go thorugh since ass attacks miss with shadow form on. If this is so i Present the new alternatives to those GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY 600 monks. BEHOLD. BTW i take credit for THE D/A build BECAUSE there is NO shadow form derv build and the trash build on wiki of the shard farmer is weak, I made this build*AGAIN D/A ONLY*(if it works)

What's the point in faithful, mystic regen and balth's spirit? Shouldn't the derv be taking no damage at all? Oh I just realized mystic regen can be used to counter degen. I really like the idea for this build and I tihnk i'll try it later.

Deadly Paradox is not enough to keep up Shadow Form alone. DP makes SF recharge in 40 seconds, the new duration is 30 (dunno if that's at 12 spec or 15, either way it won't work since 20% enchant only increases it to 36).

On topic... I don't really see the point. You've got maintained enchantments on a Shadow Former. Shadow form causes attacks to miss, dude. These builds are less reliable than even the former perma-Shadow and don't do much more.

e/a can already farm our asses off with SF as it is now, once it is prolonged it just makes it that much easier xD

duo builds above are pointless imo, if u want to duo farm make a monk and go duo with a monk or a necro, if u want to solo farm make an Ele or Rit or Assasin.

the Shadow Form 5-30secs will refer to 0-12 (as all skills in wiki do) so at 15 it would be (36 seconds + 20%ench=43 seconds) -33% paradox recharge= perma SF for an assasin

i dont know whats wrong with you people when you dont read whats going to happen. its going to increase its duration. I simply gave out an IDEA of a derv build, by god i dont get scrutinized for an IDEA.

btw its would be 30 sec for 15 attributes in shadow magic, take off 3 to amke 12. thats 27 seconds add a plus 20%longer enchant, thats 32.4 seconds. with the essence and paradox you get a recharge time of around 26 seconds.

Fengshuidude the enchants are the damadge dealing, obviously you didnt read the post earlier because its counter degen or counter AOE because AOE damdge affects shadow form.

Onyx i have an ele i can farm this is just a Test Build because no one has tested it yet.

Fine you dont need a bonder but a Necro with bip, other aoe skills can make any of the 2 builds farmable. I know the skil shadow form. NONE OF YOU ever think to read i said essence of clarity, and dont just quote my posts thinking that you read it all. With it the derv build works. I even gave a idea with glpyh of swiftness with shadow form for sins. So there i did something

update* my derv works perfectly but it doesnt hold up long, BUT and so you people see clearly BUT It does work but due to AOE scatter the necro would be better with, not solo-able but duo-able. Would of been able to kill raptors in nm and hm if they didnt scatter and due to them using critical defenses , sanctuary wouldnt be needed.

o and onyx before you post something, raed what you say, duo farming is pointless? and you say 600/smite is better... talk about looking smart.
