Ouch..I remember that mission, it gave me so much trouble...
The trick is to take it slowly, explain it to your team-mates and send one person in to lure 2 or 3 at a time, whilst the rest of you stand back with your arrows or spells..
If you just charge in head-first, you will die..simple as that.

thats wut i did w/ my W/Mo... lol took me 2 tries, cuz the first time, I'm like "Everyone follow me and stick with Justiciar Hablion so he doesn't die" and no one followed lol... but it took me like 25 tries w/ my necromancer, by the time i got him to the ascension missions, he sucked so much and i couldnt fix him, so i deleted him, my W/Mo is my main now, its on the ThunderHead Keep w/ fully infused Knight's Armor... ^_^

At first it wasn't obvious that you had to lure them. My team just barged in a we led a long battle against this group. All of us except one were killed. Then he res'ed one, then res another, etc.

) so I was quite a low level, with the henchmen. 
We succeeded the first try, and we soon found out that rushing into them isn't gonna work.. Especially not with all that poison flying around.
We took it slowly and eventually got there... We kept going for the evening till we reached some lvl 16 centaurs in the Silverwood (whatever it's called). That's where we got obliterated.
