[gust] -what is the point of knocking someone down once every 20 seconds and only if they have a very specific hex on them (a lot of water hexes only last up to 5 seconds and this spell has a 1 second cast time -it's just too specific of a condition to be called an elite.)
what's the point of knocking someone down 3/10 seconds. [[Wail of Doom] disables for 4 seconds and is called overpowered. It also just disabled you instead of knocking down
Skill most deserving an update.

I always quite liked Gale. As Air Elites go, it's not as bad as some, though it's still outclassed by the likes of Blinding Surge and Invoke Lightning.
Since we're on Air Elites, [Glimmering Mark]. I feel it wouldn't hurt to give it a buff. I'm thinking something like:
"For 1...21 seconds, whenever target foe suffers lightning damage, that foe takes an additional 0...10 lightning damage and that foe and all adjacent foes suffer from blindness for 3...6 seconds."
Or alternatively:
"For 1...21 seconds, whenever target foe suffers lightning damage, that foe and all adjacent foes suffer from blindness for 3...6 seconds and cracked armor for 7...16 seconds."

If they buffed it, it would be only too easy for other physical classes to abuse it. Think about an assassin with a condition-causing lead attack or a paragon with barbed spear. Now its energy cost and effects are ridiculous so no one uses it.

You could spec into a conjure and get more damage.

Anyway, since there is no way updates wont happen i can as well add my 5cents:
[chaos storm]
5 energy, 1 cast, 5 recharge: that way it is super spammable and enables some nuking
[Spiritual Pain]
AoE unconditional
[mirror of ice]
target ally please.

Make all 3 skills "above average" (instead of ridiculously powerful or useless) and allow the players to use the remaining 3 slots for their skill of choice to promote build creativity.
Nothing is more boring than pre-made builds.
