Change mail

Hi.
I wanna change mail on GW but i cant.
When i try to change mail i must go to the plaync page, but i dont have account there. I try to crate an account and add my cdkeys of GW i cant do that. What i must do to change mail can someone say me it?

You can't change your email anymore.

One of my really old accounts can still, actually.. but I don't know why, but if it's telling you to go to PlayNC then you're doomed.

As for the keys, I have no idea.

Even if you did change it with PlayNC it wouldnt matter. That thing is no longer your email address, it's your account name. Don't worry about it - any account queries are going to involve registering with PlayNC anyway, at which point your Guild Wars account, together with that old email address, will be linked to your current email address.

uff, same thing happened to me. Now I'm stuck with an old email address that I dont have anymore as my account.

but I guess its okay after all. Since that email no longer exist. There's no way my account can get hacked since my email and logIn ID are different now.

but i cant change password too. I must go to plaync what i must do to change it^^

I wanted to do this for so long, but it's through PlayNC.

If the account is redirecting you to PlayNc then you already registered the account with them.

If you used the online store that might be it. Contact them so you can have access and change the password.

the GW online store is a portal to the NCsoft system.

without any warning you have a new MASTER PLAY NCsoft account.

you do your CONTACT email/password changes through your new never knew you had or wanted MASTER PLAY NCsoft account.

your GW login/email has become ONLY A FIXED LOGIN NAME.
AND THE NCsoft PASSWORD HAS A MAX 13 GHARACTER LIMIT INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL ANET 16 CHARACTER LIMIT .

if you used your short easy to remember email which is all over including GW fansites there is the bigger part of your account security gone without a chance to change that login screen email.
