Favor of the GoDz!!

has any1 ever wondered what happens if we run out of favor , if everyone has achieved their maxed titles and/or stop achieving them...........it will happen.............sooner...............or later

I'm going out on a limb here, but my guess is it will return to... well, exactly how it used to be.

Then there will be scrolls, or the game will be so dead that it won't matter.

Scrolls for Fissure of Woe and Underworld. Not sure what will happen about the resurrection shrine.

well yeah true, but i mean i remembered the times where u had to do something special to achieve favor (HA) now anyone at any time can go down there, so much for special access.....

You mean the days when Europe dominated the Favor scene?

Sure the title based favor system is a little screwy-just look at us with 20k minutes of favor-but now anyone can go down to FoW or UW.

Doesn't mean they'll be sucessful though

It won't, peoples keep creating new chars that will achieve at least one "favor" title.

true, but some of us plan on hanging out in GW as long as the servers are running - which should be as long as someone is hanging out in GW - according to ANet... I imagine there will be others that continue to play GW that aren't moving into GW2.

I still have 14 more characters that have no titles---so it will be a while before I worry about it.

I dont sue scrolls :/ then we just delete all our chars and get new titles new accounts etc

Which is sensible thing to do. 9 out of 10 lawyers agree, suing scrolls is unproductive

Its been stupidly high since the SS/LB weekend, even after they stole some of it.

I imagine it will be pretty much the same as it was before that weekend.

And if all current players max their titles, there are always new players, and old players with new characters to get max titles with.

People will always create new characters, won't they?

I have another question:

What would happen if Anet continues nerfing skills until making them useless?

It's so high because of the double faction/LB points weekend a few weeks ago. Bunch of people maxed various faction-related titles. In fact, it would be about twice what it is now, but ANET screwed up the minutes counter and it rolled over to 0 at one point, and they chose to not give back the lost time because it was OVER NINE TH.... er.... 30,000 as it was.

Prior to that weekend it wasn't terribly uncommon to go for awhile without favor, or to only have favor of around 100 minutes.
