Celestial Compass – Drop Sites

Screenshot or it never happened. No offense, but I don't get the logic. I know I don't take screenshots of everything that ever happens in-game, except on the rare occasion that I remember to do so. But often times, by the time I think about how cool something was (drop/kill/etc.) the time for screenie had passed. Anyway, I believe that it happened on the 5th drop. It is a random chance, after all, like the time I had 2 ecto drop for me on the first mob of 2 aataxes in UW that no one ever believes (of course I didn't get a screenshot - too stoked on the drops to think about it). Whatever, gl to all who haven't gotten the compass yet, and grats to the dude who got it on his 5th crack.

Tried it. Didn't work. I can't seem to find my Screens folder. I was over-complicating things, it seems. The easiest way to find your screenshot folder is to simply take a screenshot in game. Hit Print Screen, and the screenshot location pops up in your chat. Just take a new screen, and look in the folder GW displays in your chat window. Easy.

Exactly, and how would a screenshot prove he got the compass on the fifth chest in the Uplands after the update? I could open 80 chests before getting a gold celestial compass, take a screenshot, and claim I got it on the third chest. Who's the wiser? A screenshot would prove he got one from a chest, but by this point getting one is probably not all that amazing and could have been done by Bohya after making the first post in the thread (though getting specifically a max gold e storage compass would be a bit harder). The bigger question to me is when he got it (as the fifth chest would be amazing), and a screenshot would never satisfy a real skeptic in regards to that question.

I dont believe Bohya got one Compass, but i will change my mind if a see the scrennie. For me, it dosent matter if she got in the first, or in the fifty lockpick ....

Easy. fro some reason this made ma laugh... take a ss, and if you cant find it. take a second SS to find the old one (which wont be found anyways because you cant find the folder )... or you just take millions of SS's and search for the most bloated folder in your system

Maybe they have used over a 200 lockpicks like me and haven't seen it drop or had any confirmation that it drops in Dalada Uplands. I have done several clearing with other people and it still not dropping there.
