Pre searing NPC's

i was just pondering to myself while using my perma pre, wouldnt it be good if:

1.)A variation of the xunlai bank was introduced to pre searing i.e "Ascalonian accountant's with a "Ascalon bank" , im not positive but according to lore the xunlai didnt get involved because of the guild wars.

So to make this work it acts very much like a xunlai bank,BUT is not connected to the post bank(prevent searing economy getting trashed)and when you get to post and talk to the xunlai you get a comment like "The bank of Ascalon was destroyed,we recovered what was left for you,for 50g we shall return the items to you*.This point would be good for perma pre storage.

2.)A festival hat maker, i mean come on how harmless is that!, the pre-sear community is thriving,and it seems a shame they cant have festive events ect.And this would only effect players who have helms from post so new players are not going to be wearing something that could get them killed.

is this a bad idea or has it got potential?

There is a new guild hall NPC hatmaker guy. Just go to your guild hall if it has one.

charr bags would lose worth, festival hats would be ok though

It would be nice if they put this in. But TBH Anet won't do it. They have already said that they won't add anything more to pre.

And before someone comes in here and says "But Anet added Charr Bags and Charr Salvage Kits!". That was a special circumstance to destroy the Pre-Searing black market.

thing about the bank of Ascalon.. what would happen if your post bank was full, and u take a new char to post? where would their items go? fairly difficult to set up a multi-bank system for GW. perhaps if you simply were forced to empty it before you left... that might be a bit more viable. Anyway, that's just my two cents on the matter.

If it was more like that I'd think it was a good idea. I just don't think people should farm this and that then take a full "bank" to post with them. I think it should be more like you can take what you can carry.

No to banks. The limited storage makes a nice addition to the idea of being "newbie"

Hats would be a nice feature, and harmless. (Although a bit out context, I'd guess)
