First of all, please do not rant. Post your top 3, no discussions
I'd like to open the discussion about ArenaNet's handling the day-to-day problems. For you and the people around you, what's the main 'adminning'-lack?
example:
1. For a game existing for 3 years, and a couple of million players... where is my frog 24/7?
2. Why can't i still find the game updates ingame? Easy to code, easy to do.
3. Racial slurring has a priority to spamming (in banning-aspect). Since nr1 annoyance is spamming...
so, what's your top 3?
What is your top 3 ArenaNet mistakes?

That may not be the case in a few months.
With that said...my top 3.
1. No voice in-game, even after announcing it.
2.Utopia was cooler.
3. Should have made the original game a bit more interactive.

1: instanced gameplay and stupid lvl 20 cap with way too quick character development
2. Factions (not meant the campaign self, but the silly concept behind it that splitted only the community)
3. no implemented auction house from the begin on or at least the possibility for players to creatue personal afk-shops in special shop districts in a special alone for shopping made Commerce Town

1. Blood Song move from communing to channeling. Even after 90 pages of support on why that was a stupid move they left it alone.
2. Factions not meant the campaign itself, but the silly concept behind it that split the community in half and introduced Grind into GW in the form of Faction.
3. Grind for PvE skill power rather than an alternative method of managing PvE skill ranks. PvE skills should be a separate rank in itself to manage those PvE abilities. They should be treated no different than any other skill in the game.
For example you should only have 200 attribute points to spend on the following.
Domination (1-12)
Illusion (1-12)
Inspiration (1-12)
Fast Casting (1-12)
PvE only skills (1-12)
Guild Wars WAS about skill over grind pre Factions.
